Responsible gaming

Casino Coach is a training tool. There is no real-money gambling here: chips are free, have no cash value and can't be bought, sold or cashed out. It's for adults (18+) who want to understand casino games before they play them.

What strategy can and can't do

Correct strategy lowers the house edge, sometimes dramatically. It almost never removes it. Over time the casino keeps a share of everything wagered, and short-term results swing widely in both directions. No system, pattern or betting progression changes that. Practising here makes you a better-informed player, not a guaranteed winner.

Keeping real play fun

  • Decide how much you can afford to lose before you go, and treat it as the cost of entertainment.
  • Set a time limit as well as a money limit.
  • Never chase losses or borrow to gamble.
  • Don't gamble when you're upset, stressed, or drinking heavily.
  • Leave cards and bank cards you don't need at home.

Signs it may be a problem

  • Spending more money or time than you intended, more often.
  • Needing to bet more to get the same excitement.
  • Hiding gambling from family or friends, or lying about losses.
  • Gambling to escape problems, or feeling restless when you try to stop.
  • Money problems, borrowing or missed bills because of gambling.

Using Casino Coach responsibly

Casino Coach is meant to be used at home, for practice. Using any device to track cards or calculate odds at a real casino table is illegal in many places, including Nevada, and Casino Coach is not designed or permitted for that use.
