By using Casino Coach (the website and apps) you agree to these terms.
1. What Casino Coach is
Casino Coach is an educational tool for practising casino table games. It does not offer real-money gambling, and no prizes are awarded. Virtual chips are free, have no monetary value, and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or redeemed for anything of value.
2. Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum gambling age where you live if that is higher, to use Casino Coach.
3. No guarantee of results
Strategy information, house-edge figures and trainer feedback are provided for education. We work hard to make them accurate, but rules and paytables vary between casinos, and correct strategy does not guarantee winnings. Any real-money gambling you do is at your own risk and your own decision.
4. Lawful use
You agree to use Casino Coach only for practice and learning and only where lawful. You must not use Casino Coach, or any device running it, to track cards, calculate odds or otherwise assist play at a real casino table. Doing so is illegal in many jurisdictions.
5. Your content and data
Your play data is stored on your device. You're responsible for backing it up if you want to keep it (see CSV export).
6. Intellectual property
The Casino Coach software, design and content are owned by Casino Coach. You may use them for personal, non-commercial practice. Don't copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Casino Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casino Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any gambling losses, arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
